About the service

PokéStock NZ is an independent information and comparison service. It does not sell Pokémon products, process retailer purchases, control retailer inventory, or guarantee that an item will remain available after it was checked.

Stock, prices, and third-party links

Stock states, quantities, prices, release details, play schedules, and community sightings can change or contain errors. Check the retailer or event organiser before purchasing or travelling. Prices exclude delivery unless clearly stated, and an observed New Zealand median is a comparison of qualifying current retailer offers, not an official recommended retail price or independent product valuation.

Buying links lead to third-party retailers. Any purchase, return, warranty, delivery, or dispute is between you and that retailer under its own terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your customer account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, submit false or unlawful reports, interfere with site operation, or use automated access that places an unreasonable load on the service.

We may remove reports, restrict access, or suspend features when reasonably necessary to protect users, retailers, the service, or legal compliance.

Intellectual property and independence

The PokéStock NZ name, original visual identity, site design, and original content belong to PokéStock NZ or its licensors. Retailer names, product names, packaging, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. PokéStock NZ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or the retailers listed.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, PokéStock NZ is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on stale or incorrect third-party information, retailer conduct, unavailable products, or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our privacy statement explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes; the current version and effective date will remain at this URL.
